Cruisers

A few weeks ago Denver Cruisers started up again.  

If you forget, they have a weekly theme/ride every Wednesday and you ride your bike to one of the starting points for drinks, then someone leads the group on a ride where you all meet in Civic Center Park and enter The Circle of Death (if you dare). 

We tried to go observe last week but it hailed :/.  This week the theme was Disco.  We didn't feel like dressing up, etc. so we just met some friends down at the park to observe (seriously, its the BEST people watching!!).

Food trucks

This boy was maybe 10.  Starting his cruisers career early

There were a few dogs in the mix (being pulled in those little carts for kids) but it was too hard to get a 'good' picture.  

Costumes were kind of disappointing.  A lot of people (myself included) weren't dressed up at all.

There were a few good crashes.  I think I saw you know who (pasties girl) but she had the girls covered.  

Next week is Slumber Party.  Not sure I want to go see hundreds of girls in their underwear.  (Christian probably just went and set up our tent at the park)
