After our busy day in Fort Collin's we rested up at home before heading out for dinner.
We went to a restaurant called "Linger" which used to be "O'Linger Mortuaries" Eek! They have a huge neon sign (which you will see later) that says O'Linger but they don't light up the "O." Kind of creepy. They are the sister restaurant to one of our favorites: Root Down.
First we headed upstairs to the lounge for a drink while we waited for our table.
We ordered 6 small plates to share.
These were some kind of taco (I forget most of the stuff).
They were probably my favorite.
Something with a 6 min egg on top. Very good, but spicy.
Sliders w/ sweet potato fries (sauce on these was delish):
We had Devils on Horsebacks, scallops (no pics) and this chicken meat pie thingy:
My favorite thing about Linger is it overlooks the city. This is the view from my seat.
It was fun to watch the lighting change throughout dinner:
After dinner we headed up to the roof deck bar. The hostess told us there were 2 wedding party events going on so it was crowded. We decided just to go check out the view quick:

Even after dinner is was still SO HOT!
We were so stuffed (I had to remove my belt when we got in the car) so we went home and hung out.
We got up early & grabbed breakfast at a nearby cafe then took them to the airport :(
