The weekend

On Friday night we had a girls night, always fun!  Usually too much.  The guys all hung out at Jack's house while the girls met up downtown.  Christian dropped me off at Lauren's house not far from mine and we walked downtown.   We had all planned on meeting up around 6:30 at some type of makeshift Christmas village where they had a tent w/ beer & spiced wine.

The kids in the band were literally 10, but good!

After a beer we went and got something to eat and walked to a bar.

 Things are starting to get blurry!  Time to stop taking pictures :)

On Saturday we pretty much just laid around and did nothing.   Sunday we headed to meet Carolyn, Will, Will's brother Thomas and Marco (Marcus?) at Keystone for some skiing.  We left the house around 6:45 am.

That is one big beer Christian!

 

Great day on the slopes!!

 Though I must mention one unfortunate incident.  Picture this:  About to load a quad lift, Carolyn on one end, Marco (Marcus??), me and a random snowboarder.  We're up, shuffling forward to get on.  Carolyn drops a pole.  Marco (Marcus???) decides to bend down and try to pick it up, Carolyn pleads with him to "Let it go!!"... the next group will grab it.  They are causing ruckus so I just focus on getting on the lift.  I get in position and turn over my left shoulder to sit.  Problem.  Marco (Marcus????) is in my seat.  Crap.  So what do I do?  Sit on his lap of course.  Um, this is not working.  Panic ensues.  I slide off his lap and duck and let the chair go over my head.  Phew!  Then I hear the awful sound of the lift shutting down at "my" expense.   Embarrassed.   Tried to make jokes as the crowd starred at me in silence.  Awesome.  At the very least Carolyn got a good laugh (and the other 50 people).

 Before I go here is my little client looking so cute while he is in Maui for the week!! Love him!

He asked his mom, "Its me, mommy, daddy, and Coween in Maui, right??"  

I wish kid!
